Short description
The exhibition from the Royal Court from Piatra Neamt was included in the exhibition circuit in 1986 and it hosts tridimensional materials and documents that “talk” about the Royal Court, a place that was documented first in 20 April 1491.
Located on a small plate in the center of the town Piatra Neamt, the Royal Court was built by Stefan The Great around 1468 – 1475. This is a small part of an architectural complex which is formed by the Bell-Tower (1499) and the Church “St Royal Jon” (1498). What we can see today is just a small portion of the cellars and some inner walls.
The permanent exhibition from the museum hosts tridimensional archeological objects and documents discovered in the area of the Royal Court or in other poinst from the town Piatra Neamt.
