10-piatra-neamt-de-susPiatra Neamt is a town with a great development in the last years. It’s the most important urban center from Neamt County that stands out through its fine architecture that integrates with the natural surroundings. The town is also called “the Pearl of Moldavia” and offers to tourists lots of interesting ways to spend the free time: one of the most interesting ways to do so is to take a ride with the Cable car and admire the town from above.

A ride with Telegondola will offer a panoramic view over the town and tourists will admire Ceahlau Mountain, Batca Doamnei Hill, Pietricica Hill, Lake Batca Doamnei, and the Royal Court and Church in Piatra Neamt. The starting point of the Cable car is at the railway station and goes straight up to Cozla Mountain.

Nothing beats a ride with the Cable car when the sun is setting and the town lights start to glow. From the top of Cozla Hill you’ll have a wonderful view over River Bistrita Valley and some of the most important attractions from the area.
