Between July 1 and 3, 2011 will take place the event Days of Neamţ Fortress. The organizers of the event are Neamt County Council, Târgu Neamţ City Council and Neamţ County Museums Complex in collaboration with the Cultural Foundation “Constantin Matasă”, the Cultural Center “Petre Ţuţea” Bucovina, the Union of Artists from Neamţ County, the Local Artisans Association from Neamţ County and Ion Creangă Culture House from Târgu Neamţ.

Between June 29 and July 5, 2011 will take place at Dacia cinema from Piatra Neamt the IX edition of the International Film Festival for Children and Youth “Punguta cu doi bani”. The director of the festival is the actor Ionut Cucoara together with Doru Spiridonescu, the executive director of “Vox Artis” Cultural Association, Ioan Murariu and Victor Purice, the administrator of Dacia cinema.
The event was organized before 1989 by Ion Popescu Gopo. Now it will include projections of some important movies realized by the Romanian cinematography, open air shows …

You can visit a postcards exhibition at the History and Archeology Museum from Piatra Neamt with the occasion of the XVIII edition of the National Postcards Symposium. Also with this occasion took placed a book launch, “Monografie cartofila Piatra Neamt” (“A postal cards monograph of Piatra Neamt) by Sergiu Gabureac.
