Ionela Lungu is a local artisan from Humulesti village (a place near Targu Neamt, from Neamt County) that manages to create handmade objects inspired by stories by Ion Creanga (the greatest storyteller of Romania). Neamt County Council re-opened Negulesti Balneal Resort on June 19, 2010. At the event were present representatives of the local authorities, private investors and a synod of priests. A special religious service was organized to mark the opening of the resort.
