On weekend, Neamt Fortress celebrates the medieval feast
 
Tirgu Neamț town is preparing for a great medieval celebration. On weekend, from Friday till Sunday, Neamţ Fortress awaits visitors from all around the country for a new edition of the Medieval Festival “Days of Neamţ Fortress”. Now in its 18th edition, the event will include an extremely diverse program: from medieval music performances, combat demonstrations in clothing of the epoch and parades with princes and knights in medieval musical accords to folk art exhibitions, a popular culinary festival – “The Enchanted Pot” …

Lute Festival in Neamt Fortress

Lute Festival in Neamt Fortress planned to be held from August 15th to 17th
2014 was postponed due to unstable weather conditions.
It will take place from August 22nd to 24th, 2014.
You are welcome on days 22 to 24 August 2014 in the fourth edition of the festival, under the arched vaults of the City Hall Meeting Neamt Targu Neamt, Neamt County.

Lute Festival in Neamt Fortress

Petre Tutea Cultural Center is pleased to forward theinvitation to be guests of the fourth edition of the traditional events of Neamţ Fortress Lute Festival.
This notable opened vector of cultural tourism from Neamt is organized under the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, in partnership with The Museum of the County, the seven o’clock of the evening during August 15 to 17, 2014 in the Meeting Hall of arched vaults Neamt Fortress (Targu Neamt, Neamt county).

The National Lute Festival from Neamţ Fortress the second edition

Friday, August 17 2012 from 15:00 began the second edition of the National Lute Festival. The event was scheduled on three days at Neamţ Fortress, the only medieval fortification restored from Moldavia Region of Romania. At the event participated lute masters from Iasi, Timişoara and Hunedoara.
From Friday until Sunday in Neamţ Fortress were organized theatre plays, animation for children, puppet theater, workshops, folkloric shows and traditional dances. This project of medieval evenings took placed in the last 7 years in 4 medieval places from Moldova Region from Romania.
