Between November 9 and 16, 2011 in Piatra Neamt will take place the XXVI edition of the Theater Festival. Because of the fact that Tineretului Theater’s building is under renovation, the 14 theater plays will be presented in places like “Petru Rares” National College, “Forestier” Technical College, “Tonique” Club and “Cozla” School Camp.

Wednesday, November 9, starting at 19:00 will take place the official opening of the event in the festivities room of “Petru Rares” National College, with the play “Visul unei nopti de gala” – an independent show. For eight days those that love the theater will have the chance to see plays performed by actors of the National Theater from Timisoara, the Theater from Baia Mare, the Theater “Luni” from Bucharest, the Theater “Andrei Muresanu” from Sfantu Gheorghe, the Theater “Act” from Bucharest, the Theaters “Mic” and “Odeon” from Bucharest. Actors from Tineretului Theater from Piatra Neamt will present the shows “Vanatorii”, “Eu te iubesc, eu te omor!” and the premiere of “Atentate la viata ei”.

The theater festival from Piatra Neamt, called “Big shows in small presentations” will host dramatic plays as well as comedies, recitals and unique performances. The festival will also include book launches and cultural dialogues.
