On November 24 2012 will take place at the Culture’s House from Roman the Inter-county Festival “Doruri Musatine”, the VIII edition. The event is dedicated to the most talented young folkloric music from the country that are expected to compete in this contest.

The enrollments for the contest started on November 15 2012 and are opened to all artists from Romania. There are two mandatory events: the first one will consist in reciting a ballad or a doina without orchestra and the second event will consist in playing a traditional song from their birth area.

A mandatory condition for those that participate in this contest is to be dressed in a traditional costume. The winners of the contest will receive monetary awards. The organizers of this festival invite you to participate and enjoy an evening of folkloric songs.
