Equestrian Base “Virgil Barbuceanu” hosted on 11-15 June 2014 National Jumping Competition “Romanian Equestrian Federation Cup”, “Grand Prix Competition Stage-II” and “Piatra Neamt Cup” all for both amateurs and professionals, with prizes totaling ron 30,000. Organizers were Romanian Equestrian Federation and Club Sport “Equestrian” Piatra Neamt, in partnership with the Municipality of Piatra Neamt

A new edition of “Lada cu Zestre” Traditional Art Festival will take place in Piatra Neamt, Tineretului Park between May 23 and 25 2014. The event is organized every year with the main purpose of keeping traditions alive.
This year there will be over 60 artisans invited to the festival from different ethnographic areas of Romania and from The Republic of Moldova. Among the objects that will be exposed we’ll see traditional fabrics, traditional shirts, sculpted wood objects, ceramics, masks that remind us of the winter holidays, leather objects, painted eggs …
