Between the 14th – 17th of November 2019, Neamţ County Council is presenting the tourist offer of Neamț Land at the Romanian Tourism Fair in Bucharest. We therefore invite you to visit Neamţ County’s stand inside B1 Pavilion, where you will symbolically enter the walls of Neamţ Fortress, witness bravery scenes of 500 years ago, meet the guards of Stephen the Great, and listen to traditional music from Neamţ area.

attending World Travel Market London -the largest travel show in the world-, at
the beginning of November 2019, the representatives of Neamț County Council have
the opportunity to promote the amazing destination Neamţ Land, on the occasion

From September 18 till October 2, 2019, you are all invited to attend the festival!

The 31st edition of Piatra Neamț Drama will delight the
audience with valuable and unique theatrical productions between September 18
and October 2, 2019. The topic of the current edition of the Festival is an
invitation to meditate, critically and ironically, on success stories and
stories about success of the society, nowadays and in the recent past. What does
individual success vs. success of a community (be it a group or a nation) mean?

The Season 2019 – 2020 starts with “FRONTAL”, an original adaptation after “The Story of a Lazy Man” by Ion Creangă. Gianina Cărbunariu signs both the script and the direction.

The performance intends to revisit
“The Story of a Lazy Man” by Ion Creangă (1878), being inspired at the same
time by interviews done by the entire artistic team, sociology and anthropology
studies, online comments on social inequity. The fiction tries to reveal
contemporary mechanisms criminalizing poverty, the role of mass media in
constructing stereotypes associating “poverty” with “lazyness”, as well as the
social consequences of such …

The 3rd edition of Neamţ
Music Festival has proudly been included in official the programme of the prestigious
George Enescu Festival.

The opening of the event, on Thursday, September 12, and the Gala Concert,
on Sunday, September 15, will both take place at Cinema “Mon Amour” in
Piatra Neamţ, former “Dacia” Cinema, starting at 7 P.M. The second
evening of the festival, on Friday, September 13, will be held at Rubik Hub, on
