Monday, June 20, 2011 starting with 10:00 will take place the official opening of the Summer School at the traditional barn from Tineretului Swimming Pool Complex from Piatra Neamt. This is the third edition and just like every year the event is waited by so many kids ready to learn some of the secrets of art. The event is organized by “Carmen Saeculare” Cultural and Art Center and offers painting and clay modeling classes between June 20 and July 1.

The courses are for children with ages between 7 and 13 and will be held by painter Arcadie Raileanu and Lacramioara Gheghici, two professors from the Art School of “Carmen Saeculare” Cultural and Art Center. There will be 4 classes, each with 8 students that will be organized in those two weeks of the event.

The place where you can see all that will happen is at the traditional barn from Tineretului Swimming Pool Complex from Piatra Neamt. The courses will take place every day between 10:00 and 12:30. At the end of those two weeks there will be an exhibition with the works of art created by children during classes.

Every child that wants to participate at the Summer School can enroll at the bureau of “Carmen Saeculare” Cultural and Art Center from “Piata Stefan cel Mare” Street, number 3, from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00.
