Delighted by the splendors on the lakes, art lovers rush to capture their beauty and grace and sometimes, if they are lucky enough, they are able to immortalize unique moments that you can also watch, if you access the link below. It’s a visual concept of motionARTthougts by Brîndușa Balan:

Lake Pângărați, Lake Vaduri and Lake Bâtca Doamnei are situated on the middle course of River Bistrița and represent an important link in preserving biodiversity and natural habitats for the whole eastern part of the European continent.
In the previous years, migrating birds were only coming to nest on lakes in Neamț during winter time, but specialists within the Environment Protection Agency believe that they have adapted very well to our conditions and will probably not leave.
Next to the swans, the following species of water birds also stay here during winter: Big duck, Sounding duck, Little Grebe, black-necked Grebe, red-necked Grebe, common merganser, red-breasted merganser, Little merganser and Tufted Duck. In the past, several conservation projects have been implemented, at a county level, in order to get to know and protect these species.
