Live reptiles exhibition at the Natural Science Museum from Roman

The Natural Science Museum from Roman will host until January 22 2012 an exhibition of live reptiles. The exhibition already was visited by over 1000 people that came to see some of the most spectacular reptiles from the world.
The temporary exhibition is from Bucharest and presents venomous reptiles like snakes, lizards, tarantulas and crocodiles. The enclosures are well secured so there is no danger to the visitors. The exhibition was visited by people of all ages, from children to couples, adults or grandparents with their nephews.

The Festival of Customs and Traditions “Roman Metropolitan” – the second edition

Thursday, December 29 2011 in Roman Musat Plaza from Roman will take place the Festival of Customs and Traditions “Roman Metropolitan”, the second edition. The Association Roman Metropolitan invited to this festival traditional bands from the villages around Roman that will present a show with songs and dances specific to the winter period.

“The Light of the World “ Christmas Concert

Wednesday, December 21 2011, starting at 17:30 at Culture’s House from Piatra Neamt will take place the Christmas concert called “Lumina Lumii” (The Light of the World). The concert is organized by “Victor Brauner” Art High School from Piatra Neamt.

“Steaua sus Rasare” Festival of customs and traditions 2011

Friday, December 23 2011 starting with 10:00 will take place the 43 edition of the customs and traditions Festival “Steaua sus Rasare”. This festival became over the years a usual event in Piatra Neamt that takes place near the winter holidays.
For over 4 decades this festival unites the most important folkloric traditional groups. At the edition from this year will participate 16 bands from counties like Neamt, Iasi, Suceava, Botosani and Arges. “Stelutele Craciunului” Show in Piatra Neamt

Sunday, December 18 2011 will take place in Piatra Neamt at 13:00, in the festivities room from “Victor Brauner” Art High School, the show “Stelutele Craciunului” (Christmas’s Stars). The show is organized with the occasion of winter holidays and presents customs and winter traditions from Neamt County.
This event is created by the folkloric canto class from “Carmen Saeculare” Cultural and Art Center.
