Days of Neamt Fortress, June 29th – July the 1st 2018

 
On weekend, Neamt Fortress celebrates the medieval feast
 
Tirgu Neamț town is preparing for a great medieval celebration. On weekend, from Friday till Sunday, Neamţ Fortress awaits visitors from all around the country for a new edition of the Medieval Festival “Days of Neamţ Fortress”. Now in its 18th edition, the event will include an extremely diverse program: from medieval music performances, combat demonstrations in clothing of the epoch and parades with princesses and knights in medieval musical accords to folk art exhibitions, a popular culinary festival – “The Enchanted Pot” …

Romanian Tourism Fair, 33th Edition 2015

From 12th to 15th of March 2015, Neamt County Council attended, as every year, at the Romanian Tourism Fair, 33th edition, held in Romexpo Bucharest.
Under the title Neamţ – a land of legend, county representatives were present at the biggest event in the country, with multiple materials promoting the objectives in our area, particularly appreciated by our stand visitors.
Figurines that have animated characters of Creanga, made by craftsman Ionela Lungu, were another point of interest, especially for children, and opportunity for their companions to remember from childhood stories.

The Romanian Tourism Fair, Fall Edition, 2014 

It was opened The Romanian Tourism Fair at the Romexpo in Bucharest. Like we announced, and this autumn edition, Neamț County Council is present with promotional offers of the tourist objectives in our county. Presentation of the stand and special edition brochures for participation in the most important fair in the country, along with other tourism materials, already aroused the interest of many visitors that we expect to spend the winter holiday and more.

The Romanian Tourism Fair, Fall Edition, 2014

Romanian Tourism Fair, the largest national fair dedicated tourism industry has come this fall at the XXXII edition. Organized in ROMEXPO Exhibition Centre – Bucharest, 13-16 November 2014, the event will focus on promoting tourism products for the winter season.
In this edition, Neamt County Council, will present the tourist offer of the county in a custom stand, under the title “Holidays in Neamt”, an invitation to tourists to visit these places.

Craftsmen Museum Nicolae Popa

When we are already in Targu Neamt, to reach Petricani, we use DJ155 Targu Neamt – Petricani – Topolita, 7 km. From the center of Petricani, we swerve left to Târpeşti, and finally, after about 3 km we reach the craftsman Museum Nicolae Popa. Nicolae Popa was born on August 13th, 1919, in Târpeşti Village, Petricani Commune, Neamt County and died on October 20th, 2010, in his native village.  Former student of the priest Constantin Mătasă from the school of church musicians in the city of Piatra Neamț.
