St Teodora from Sihla Cathedral, Neamt County

The Cathedral “St Teodora from Sihla” is located in the inner court of Sihastria Monastery and it’s dedicated to St Teodora that lived in Sihla Mountains and was canonized as a saint in 1992. The monks from Sihastria built this church with the intention to bring here the holy relics of St Teodora that are now in Kiev.

The Ethnography Museum from Borca commune – Neamt County

The Ethnography Museum from Borca commune was opened for public in March 2011 inside the “Mihail Sadoveanu” School. The people responsible for opening this museum are professors Daniel Calu, Dumitrina Iosub, Cristina Marcoci and Dumitru Balacianu that have managed to create a collection of objects that represent our traditions, our customs and the history of people living in these parts.

Daniil Sihastrul Hermitage from Neamt County

Daniil Sihastrul Hermitage is located 2 km from Sihla Hermitage and it’s the place where people say the famous monk Daniil Sihastru stayed for a while. Also, in this place lived and prayed few nuns. The hermitage was built in their memory.
