In Roznov you’ll make a right towards Tazlau and after the first bridge another right to Piatra Soimului commune. Impressions from “Baltagul” Festival from Borca village

The first edition of “Baltagul” Festival from Borca village, Neamt County was officially opened on September 12, 2010 by the mayor of Borca village, Mr. Vasile Aleca and the vice president of Neamt County Council, Mr. Mircea Pintilie. After few years when this festival was on hold, this year the local authorities with the support of Neamt County Council and “Carmen Saeculare” Cultural and Art Center manage to organize this festival that promotes the traditional values of folk music and folk choreography.
