It’s a beautiful winter with lots of snow in Neamt County. As always the beauty of nature invite you to outdoor walks, to admire the beautiful environment. Between December 17 and 23 2012 “Carmen Saeculare” Cultural and Art Center organizes a series of events dedicated to winter holidays.
These events will start on December 17 when on the streets of the town tourists will admire the artists parade. Tuesday, December 18 a new event will take place in Bicaz where special guests will be the members of “Floricica de la munte” folkloric band.
