Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 16:00 at “Lascar Vorel” Art Galleries from Piatra Neamt will take place the opening of the exhibition organized by the artist Cristinel Ionel Prisecaru. This is his fifth personal exhibition and contains byzantine paintings, especially religious icons painted on wood and canvas.
The exhibition was created for the Easter holiday and the 25 icons exhibited were created in the last five years. The paintings express the equilibrium of composition and are created by using different techniques: tempera on canvas and wood, acrylic on canvas and mosaic. …
