Between September 27 and 29 2013 will take place the first edition of Bicaz Mountain Club Cup in “Poiana Marului” Plane (750 m), Izvorul Muntelui and Bicaz town. The event is organized by Bicaz Mountain Club, YMCA Youth Association from Piatra Neamt, Ronin Sportive Association from Piatra Neamt with the support of Neamt County’s Youth Direction and the Town Hall of Bicaz.
The competition will include events like running, sportive orientation theoretic knowledge, culture and the special events. The award gala will be on categories: amateurs and experience.

The ruler Alexandru cel Bun supported the Orthodox Church to become a powerful institution and also created the Episcopate of Roman. Neamt County is a place of legend, history and culture with a rare beauty that overwhelms every visitor. It’s just what happened with the writer Mihail Sadoveanu that spent his last years in a house near Neamt Monastery.
