Between June 23 and 26, 2011 at “Virgil Barbuceanu” Equestrian Complex from the Entertainment Complex “Peste Vale” from Piatra Neamt will take place two equestrian competitions. The first is the Piatra Neamt Cup and the second is the Romanian Equestrian Federation Cup. The two competitions are organized at the same time as Piatra Neamt Days.

Between June 22 and 26, 2011 will take place another edition of Piatra Neamt Days. This celebration attracts more and more tourists every year. The 2011 edition will be organized in a complex program that will include cultural manifestations together with artistic and sports moments.

Monday, June 20, 2011 starting with 10:00 will take place the official opening of the Summer School at the traditional barn from Tineretului Swimming Pool Complex from Piatra Neamt. This is the third edition and just like every year the event is waited by so many kids ready to learn some of the secrets of art. The event is organized by “Carmen Saeculare” Cultural and Art Center and offers painting and clay modeling classes between June 20 and July 1.

At the end of May 2011 in Piatra Neamt there was the opening of the Art Gallery “Era”. The gallery is located on Privighetorii Street at the ground floor of block B3. The main purpose of this gallery is to promote young artists and their works in group presentations.

The opening of this exhibition took place on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at the gallery of the Art School from Mihail Kogalniceanu Plaza, bl H4, ground floor. This exhibition represents a tradition for the Art School and summons the best art works of the students from the school. The works are made during the last year of school.
