The opening of the ice rink from Piatra Neamt 2013 – 2014

The ice rink from Piatra Neamt is arranged at “Peste Vale” Entertainment Complex and has a surface of 648 square meters. The ice rink has night lights and all the utilities of an entertainment complex. The capacity of the rink is of 150 persons and also has a center from where you can rent ice skates.

Shepherding – a traditional occupation in Neamt County

In Neamt County people had the occupation of raising animals for the daily food. Most of the animals were raised in the mountain villages where there was good grass and where the conditions permitted large herds of animals. The sheep herds can be seen even today on the hills of Neamt County together with the shepherd and the protective dogs.

Diversity of fauna on lakes Batca Doamnei, Vaduri and Pangarati

Just like every year swans and wild ducks return on the three protected lakes near Piatra Neamt. Through the beautiful feathers and the elegance with which they swim the swans offer a beautiful show to all tourists.
