Church Saint Demetrius (Sfântul Dumitru)

Church “St. Nicholas” from Roznov

 Located in the heart of Roznov and surrounded by the arboretum, the parish church dedicated to “St. Nicholas” is a true architectural gem. At Văleni are one of the oldest and durable wooden churches in Moldova, built in the middle of dense forest, during the reign of Petru Rares, in the year 1538. Wooden Church of Bicazu Ardelean – Goat Runlet

When we are on Route Bicaz – Red Lake, we can reach the wooden church at Goat Runlet which is dedicated to “Saint Dumitru” if from the Bicazu Ardelean Commune turn right for Telec, on asphalt road.
